Make something
happen.
The simplest platform for organisers to create, manage and share events.
- Free to start. No card.
- Start before you sign up.
- Your guests need no app.
Drop an event in seconds.
Drop your flyer in and the name, date and place fill themselves. Pick how people get in and who can see it, then publish. Your link and your share kit are ready the moment it drops. Start before you sign up; sign in when you publish.
- A flyer drops into Create.
- Name, When and Where fill themselves from it: Sub Rosa 014, Fri 17 Oct · 23:00, Hackney Wick, Sealed · the address at 21:00.
- Entry: RSVP. Who can get in: On the map.
- Publish. Dropped. The share kit: a Story, a Post and a sticker, and the link.
The door, sorted.
Scan tickets on any phone, even with no signal. Send a door link to staff with no account. Watch the count go up. On Curator, tick names off the list and see who came back. Your payout lands 48 hours after the event.
- A pass is scanned: Let them in, with the guest’s name on Curator. The count goes up.
- The same pass again: Already in, with the time it went in.
- The signal drops: the door keeps scanning, and the scans wait to sync.
- The signal is back: the live count catches up, 216 in.
Every pound, mapped.
Buyers see the all-in price from the first screen. You keep the ticket price; the booking fee is the buyer’s. The money is held until your event, and paid out 48 hours after it ends, to your bank through Stripe.
- A ticket sells for £21.30: £20 + £1.30 booking fee. The buyer pays the booking fee; you keep the ticket price.
- The money is held until the event: 84 tickets × £20 = £1,680.
- The event ends. 48 hours later, £1,680 is paid out to your bank, through Stripe.
- Until 48 hours before: they can change their mind and get the ticket price back. The booking fee is kept.
- Inside 48 hours: they sell it back at face value, or send it to a friend.
- Called off: everyone is refunded, automatically: the ticket and the booking fee, less the card processing cost.
- On Curator: Your buyers pay no booking fee on your first £1,000 of ticket sales a month.
- Early payouts: coming, not built yet.
Set it up once. It runs itself.
